The NRStudio believes Pilates is an invaluable addition to every person’s quality of life – The method keeps us moving through the light and dark times. Natasha creates group and private online classes that nurture increased postural awareness/support, practice and movement possibilities.
Therapeutic Pilates is Natasha’s passion. Over the past 24 years as a Pilates teacher, she has assisted clients with hip, shoulder, knee, lower back pain, fibromyalgia and mobility issues. She has also worked with elite athletes (figure skaters, runners, and dancers).
The NRStudio’s Pilates-inspired classes and traditional class offerings allow the individual student to create an exercise program that assists them in integrating their movement goals into the everyday.

GROUP ONLINE CLASSES
Pilates & Stretch (Traditional Pilates)
An introduction to Joseph Pilate’s fundamentals of movement and postural alignment. The traditional basic mat exercises are taught, as well as stretches and seasonal variations. Studio newbies welcome!
Isolations & Stretch (Pilates inspired)
A 30 minute Pilates-based stretch on the mat that decompresses the spine, reinforces pelvis and shoulder blade stability and offers the fluidity of dance. The Pilates fundamentals are emphasized and highlighted through dancer knowledge. Studio newbies welcome!
Therapeutic Moves! (Pilates inspired)
Where Dance and Pilates Fundamentals converge! A half hour of Therapeutic movement across the floor. This class will explore Pilate’s fundamentals of movement standing, increase body awareness and postural alignment. Studio newbies welcome!
CLASSES BY APPOINTMENT
The NRstudio offers private Pilates sessions that can be an accompaniment to group class or a class unto itself. These classes, designed to specifically target the individual’s movement goals and intentions, are a nurturing, supportive and positive environment in which to explore the power and potential of the body, mind and spirit.

50 Minute Private Theraband Sessions
Natasha’s Theraband workout is based on the Pilate’s reformer exercises that strengthens weak muscles, stretches tight ones and decompresses the spine. This class is beneficial and adaptable for therapeutic needs, as well as people working to maintain or improve their fitness levels.

30 Minute Private Pilates Sessions
The 30 minute session is a great way to start integrating Pilates into your life. A comprehensive evolving exercise sequence is presented during the class. Daily practice is discussed and exercise suggestions are provided.
This format is also adaptable to Natasha’s therapeutic approach. Therapeutic sessions may incorporate the standing therapeutic moves, as well as traditional Pilates mat work.
